Cancellation and returns

If your item is delivered damaged you must contact us within 48 hours to let us know, also you must make sure the item is fully packaged in the state of delivery and you must not assemble the bed. If the best is assembled and not in its original state when it was delivered the ability to refund your item may become void. we can only accept a return for an item that is in the original packaging in a condition suitable for resale. Any items that are used or assembled cannot be accepted for a return.
